Frequently Asked Questions
We ship all orders within 24 hours on Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will ship out on Monday. Regular shipping times are usually 2-4 business days, but can vary depending on your location, holidays and weather conditions. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

You will be sent a tracking e-mail as soon as your order has shipped from our warehouse.

We try our best to validate all shipping addresses prior to sending out any packages. With that said, it is ultimately up to you to confirm that you have provided us with your proper shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice that you’ve made an error with your shipping address, please call or e-mail us immediately. If your package has already been shipped to the wrong address, you will need to work with the shipping carrier directly in order to arrange for the pickup of your package.
Currently, Smoke Cargo only ships within the United States.
We try our best to reduce our carbon footprint by packaging your items in one box, however, sometimes we are required to send items in more than one package under certain situations.
