Smoke Cargo is diligently following the emerging guidelines regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). We are actively taking measures to ensure the safety of our staff and customers as well as the cleanliness of our products. In addition to a reduced in-person workforce, we are performing daily temperature checks on staff as well as providing them with masks, gloves and other disinfectant products.

Yes, Smoke Cargo is fully open and shipping orders Monday – Friday, 10AM – 3PM.
Yes, you can place an order on our website at any time and we are operating as usual.
Shipping times are generally still 2-5 business days, but can be delayed depending on the carrier. Certain products may be out of stock for extended periods of time due to supply.
Yes! Smoke Cargo is currently operating with a reduced in-person workforce to help prevent the spread and encourage social distancing. We are performing daily temperature checks on all employees and are sending home those exhibiting temperatures above 99°. All staff is supplied with face masks, gloves, and other disinfectants to keep their hands, workspace and your products clean.
