Orders and Shipping
We ship all orders within 24 hours on Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays). Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will ship out on Monday. Regular shipping times are usually 2-4 business days, but can vary depending on your location, holidays and weather conditions. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

You will receive e-mail notifications with tracking information after placing an order.
You can choose to save your credit card information to your account to make future purchases quick and easy. If at any time you would like to remove your credit card, you can do so from the My Account page.
Sales tax is only charged for our customers located in Arizona.
Currently, Smoke Cargo only ships within the United States.
We try our best to reduce our carbon footprint by packaging your items in one box, however, sometimes we are required to send items in more than one package under certain situations.

If you received the wrong item, please reach out and contact our customer support team through your preferred method.
We try our best to package your items up safe. Occasionally, shipping carriers can get a little rough during transit. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us with detailed photographs of the damage within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please review our Return Policy for information returns & exchanges. You must receive authorization from our customer support team prior to submitting a return to Smoke Cargo.

We try our best to validate all shipping addresses prior to sending out any packages. With that said, it is ultimately up to you to confirm that you have provided us with your proper shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice that you’ve made an error with your shipping address, please call or e-mail us immediately. If your package has already been shipped to the wrong address, you will need to work with the shipping carrier directly in order to arrange for the pickup of your package.
You can cancel or modify an order any time during processing and prior to shipment.
We pride ourselves on lightning fast shipping & processing for your orders, so please contact us ASAP to cancel or make changes to your order. Once your order has been processed you will no longer be able to cancel or make changes to it.
